As soon as we receive a return, we promptly began the process of issuing a credit. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Refunds for items returned (with a receipt) within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Refunds for items returned (without a receipt) within thirty days of the date of purchase will be in the form of a merchandise credit. Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please call customer service to receive authorization for a return before returning your merchandise.
We strongly urge you to use certified or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.

If your order is in stock, it will be processed within 48 to 72 hours after we receive your order. Once your order is processed, we ship most in-stock items within 3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays), and on occasions when we can't, we'll let you know.
